Ring Come True ™ operates as a private jeweller so we take clients by appointment only. The reason for operating this way vs being a walk-in retail store is to offer the very best customer service and lowest prices to all of our incredible couples.
We know that our clients love to be involved in the process of creating their dream engagement ring, and so carrying a lot of ready-made inventory for immediate purchase doesn't really make much sense for our business! We don't want you to have to settle for being without any minor detail, so we can work together to design and create the exact ring you want. During your appointment you will be able to view loose moissanite stones, browse through a large portfolio of existing designs, or draw up a custom design special for you!
Our process was created specifically to make this experience as stress-free and easy as possible for you and your future spouse.
If you are able to come in for an in-person consult we gladly invite you to our downtown Toronto office where we will begin the process of creating your ring come true.
FOR CUSTOM PIECES ONLY:
Feel free to bring in or send in any pictures or videos of design inspiration that you may have so I can best understand your vision. Once we finalize all the details such as stone shape, size, colour, metal, etc. We will whip up a digital rendering of your ring so you will be able to see exactly what your ring is going to look like before it gets made. At that time, if there are any changes that you want to make to your ring we can easily adjust until it's perfectly to your liking. Once you are happy with the final rendering, we begin our in-house process of making your dream ring.
When ordering through the online store, payment is taken in full for all orders.
We do offer financing through Affirm- this option is available at checkout!
If you wish to split your payments up into a deposit/final payment structure please email all your order details to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can send you an offline invoice where we take a 50% deposit to get started and the final 50% of your order will be due when the ring is ready, PRIOR to delivery or at pickup.
Once you have been notified that your order is ready for pickup/shipping you have a maximum of 60 days to pay the final balance or else we reserve the right to sell the ring to someone else and your deposit will be forfeited.

If you are not able to pick up the ring for an extended period of time we are happy to store it for you as long as needed however final payment must be received at a maximum of 60 days after your ring has been completed.
If you are unable to physically come in for a visit that is no problem at all! The whole process can be done over the phone or via email :) We start the process of designing your dream ring with creating a photo-realistic digital rendering so that you will be able to see exactly what your ring will look like from all angles, prior to its creation. You can call, Skype, or email us any time to discuss the details of your ring and email in any images you have for reference. We ship worldwide with a few limitations.
Absolutely! All rings are made to order and any ring you see online can also be customized so for any desired modifications or changes to what you see on our site, please email email@example.com to discuss the custom ring option.
All rings are made to order and so we work on a first-come-first-serve basis for all our orders. If you need to rush a ring we do offer a $350 rush fee. Please contact us directly to explore this option as we cannot ALWAYS accomodate every request. Our quickest turnaround time for any ring would be 2 weeks.
We STRONGLY advise not to plan any trips or make any solid plans until your order is received in-hand.
All rings are made to order and at the moment our turnaround time is approximately 4-6 weeks. We ask that if you have a set plan in place for your proposal, to please provide us with the exact date either in your order notes at checkout or via email so we can alert our production team. If a proposal date is not provided at the time your order is placed, because we are not able to guarantee an exact delivery date, we STRONGLY advise not to plan any trips or make any solid plans until your order is received in-hand.
We are not responsible for accommodating any proposal plans that were not communicated to us IN WRITING at least 2 weeks in advance. Unexpected production and shipping delays can occur and we do not ship over the weekend. If you do not plan on proposing within 90 days of your order being placed, please let us know that as well if you can! We have a very small team of goldsmiths and setters, so if you are flexible with your delivery date because you are planning way ahead, we would appreciate you letting us know :)
We will notify you when your order has been completed and unless otherwise discussed, there are no intermediate updates to be provided until it is ready! If you have any questions at any time though, do not hesitate to reach out to discuss with the team!

For international clients buying outside of Canada, you will be charged in Canadian dollars and your bank/credit card company will convert it to your local currency based on their daily exchange rate.

Shipping to anywhere in Canada and the US takes 1 business day. All shipment go out express with tracking and signature required for delivery.
Presently, all rings are custom made to order unless otherwise indicated. Custom made pieces are non-refundable as we make them specifically for you! If you are unsure of whether or not your partner will love the ring you chose, we are able to provide you with a digital version of your ring (much like the images in our shop) prior to its creation, so that you are fully aware of what the final product will look like before approving your order. For fully custom designs you will be able to make as many modifications to the design as necessary before we begin the casting process to ensure you are 100% satisfied. As a result, once the ring is approved by you we will not be able to make any changes thereafter, nor will we be able to refund the purchase.
When returning an item that qualifies for a refund you must include all ring boxes and warranty cards to qualify. Your refund will include full purchase price less a 25% restocking fee and all shipping charges. Before returning anything please contact us directly to discuss the process. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail and should this occur no refund will be possible.
Returns for loose (unset) stones will be accepted within 5 days of receipt less a 10% restocking fee and all shipping charges. Again, please contact me before making a return for approval. All warranty cards and original packaging will be necessary to quality and the stones must be in its original, unset state.
While we do not accept returns, we do understand there may be circumstances that can lead a client to wish/need to resell their ring. In these instances, we do offer a consignment program where-in you would send the ring back to us and we would list it in our ready-to-ship section for someone else to purchase. You set the price! When it does sell, we would then be able to refund you the sale amount less a 25% restocking fee and any shipping charges you might have incurred.
Given then nature of our industry we are quite aware of the circumstances that may arise both during and after the production of your Ring Come True ™. Below we have outlined our company policies for the various situations our customers might find themselves in:
1. Your relationship has ended after your purchase was made but before production of your ring has been completed.
In this scenario, if your ring has already been cast and prepped for setting, we can refund your initial deposit or payment less a $350 cancellation fee.
If no work has been done on your order at the time of your cancellation we can refund you in full.
2. Your relationship has ended after being notified that your ring has been completed but you have not yet paid the final balance.
In this scenario you have 3 options:
a. Forfeight your deposit
b. Make the final payment and keep the ring.
c. Make the final payment and proceed with our consignment process outlined in the tab above.
3. Your relationship has ended after receiving your ring but prior to your proposal and you are paid in full.

Ring come true ™ offers a limited lifetime warranty against any manufacturing defects at no extra cost. We guarantee that all items sold will be free from all manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. If you believe your jewellery item has a manufacturing defect upon receipt, prior to it being worn, please email email@example.com so we may evaluate your jewellery item. If a manufacturing defect is found, your item will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Your limited lifetime warranty excludes damage caused by normal wear and tear, loss of gemstones as a result of damage to the product, and theft or loss of product/item. Repairs or services performed by a jeweller outside of ring come true will void your warranty permanently.
Ring cleaning and re-dips are included in the price of your purchase (within reason). One ring resizing is also included with your purchase within the first 60 days of the wearer receiving their item. All shipping and customs fees for cross-border orders are at the customer’s expense.
Eternity bands cannot be resized. If you find that the size you have ordered is incorrect, the ring will need to be remade at the customer’s expense.
The following examples are not considered manufacturing defects:
1. The discolouration of precious metals caused by chemicals, make-up, perspiration, pools and hot tubs, or bathing. White gold rings are plated and to ensure that the plating will last, it is highly recommended that you take your rings off when showering, swimming, going to the gym, cleaning/using chemical products and even sleeping. Any extra rubbing/sweating of your skin against the metal can cause the plating to wear off faster.
2. Prongs that, due to normal wear and tear, catch, wear out, or bend out of place.
3. Loss of gemstones as a result of prongs being pulled, torn, caught, worn out, or bent out of place.
