Is there a downside to Moissanite?

When I first discovered Moissanite, I asked myself pretty much the same thing... What is the catch here?!

The answer is simple; there is NO catch. Moissanite is a beautiful gemstone all on its own and it should be appreciated independently from diamonds (either natural or lab grown) for its beauty and durability as a fellow 'forever' gemstone.
